Therefore, in the next period, the company will read the index by telephone, contacting directly the consumers in the area served by Distribuție Oltenia.

A team of readers with experience in the field will be available to household customers in urban and rural areas and will help them correctly read the figures according to the type of meter. If a consumer is not available, he will be contacted later.

The entire meter reading process is carried out through a very well-developed structure – a high-performance IT system – so that the readings are made accurately, in support of our customers. Based on the meter index registered and validated, the supplier will subsequently issue the invoice for the consumption.
