Education: Higher education in electrical, electromechanical, electrotechnical, energetic profile.
Experience: Minimum 2 years in a similar position and experience in network execution.

Job description:
- Elaboration of daily/weekly work plans for the execution staff;
- Ensures together with the County Managers the management of work orders physically, scripturally or through the company’s applications;
- Monitors the fulfillment of the quantitative and qualitative process indicators and notifies the County Manager as soon as it identifies risks of non-compliance with them;
- Monitors the execution deadlines of the works (including subcontracted works) and intervenes promptly when identifying risks of non-compliance with them, notifying the executing staff and the County Manager;
- Monitors the workload of the execution staff and promptly intervenes to eliminate imbalances when necessary;
- Provides support to the execution personnel in the field and provides additional information on request for the location of the place of consumption/work location;
- Ensures and is responsible for the closure of orders at the county level;
- Aims at the correct completion, by the executing staff, of all documents and documents at county level;
- Analyzes the quality of the photos in the field and ensures their restoration if the client requests it;
- Performs the archiving of all documents and documents at county level;
- Takes all specific OSH and SU measures at his/her workplace, or as an admitter and/or head of work, when exercising these functions;
- When the coordinators are absent, at the disposal of the County Manager, he takes over their duties and responsibilities according to the job description;
- When the County Manager is absent, at the disposal of the County Manager, he/she proceeds together with him to handover/receive the management, based on a report and takes over his/her duties and responsibilities according to the job description;
- At the disposal of the County Manager, he/she assists the County Manager in periods when his/her activity is very busy (scrapping actions, handovers/receipts of devices in custody, materials, inventory objects, fixed assets, etc.);
- Participates together with the County Manager in the checks carried out on the executing personnel in terms of: compliance with the procedures/work instructions/technological sheets, stock correction, wearing protective equipment, storage and transport of materials, tools and devices, maintenance and operation of the vehicles/equipment they use;
- At the request of the County Manager, he participates together with the Maintenance Measure Coordinator in the verifications carried out in the field regarding the compliance with the quality of the works executed by the execution personnel, as well as the correctness of the records made in the work reports;
- Participates in the preparation of reports on the verification activity carried out in the field;
- Participates in the analysis meetings regarding the activity of the center;
- The incumbent of the position ensures and is responsible for the implementation and maintenance of the Integrated Quality and Environmental Management System and applies the specific OSH and SU norms.
