Location: Bucharest

Education: Higher education completed with a bachelor’s degree in Industrial Management, Business or Finance/Banking

Experience: Minimum 1-2 years in controlling/accounting or related fields;

Knowledge and skills:

• Interpersonal communication skills;
• Ability to analyze, synthesize and interpret data;
• The ability to work in a structured and organized way;
• Good planning skills;
• Proactive and creative problem-solving approach;
• High level of dedication and results-oriented and team-oriented;
• The ability to perform well under pressure;
• Average knowledge of English (written, spoken);
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point);

Responsibilities

• It monitors the preparation and execution of budgets by directorates and departments, as well as the general budget.
• Establish correlations between the budgets of different departments.
• Periodically checks the budget execution by comparing the reports of the heads of departments with the financial-accounting information.
• Reports to the head directly on the status of budget execution, reported deviations and corrective measures adopted.
• Monitor the cost calculation process and resolve any errors.
• It continuously improves the calculation system so as to support the decision-making process.
• It monitors the accuracy of the data entered into the IT system, as well as compliance with the entry deadlines.
• Reinforces the information received from inside and outside the organization regarding the performance of the profit/cost centers and presents the conclusions of the direct boss and other interested parties.
• Prepares the financial reports requested by the company’s management and shareholders.
• It verifies and validates that the generated reports are correct, complete, timely.
