Location: Iași
Education: Higher education in the electrical/energy field;
Experience: Minimum 3 years experience in managing complex projects in the energy field (transformer stations, 0.4–110 kV power lines, wind / photovoltaic power plant connection installations);

Knowledge and skills:

• ANRE certificate (is an advantage);
• In-depth knowledge of project management methodologies;
• Certifications / authorizations / attestations specific to the Project Manager activity – is an advantage;
• Advanced technical knowledge;
• Previous experience in coordinating projects in the electrical energy field;
• Average knowledge of English (written and spoken);
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
• Very good communication and relationship skills;
• Ability to analyze, synthesize and interpret data;
• Result orientation and the ability to meet professional deadlines and objectives;
• Attention to detail, planning, organization and prioritization skills;
• Category B driving license;
• Availability for travel in the country.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the successful implementation of activities and for achieving the planned results in the coordinated projects;
• Preparing and supporting, for approval, the documents: BVC, Cashflow and Execution Schedule for the project;
• Monitoring the Execution Schedule and reporting any deviations from the established deadlines;
• Supervising the daily performance of project activities and managing the project team;
• Elaboration of detailed work plans and monitoring of their implementation;
• Monitoring the completion of the works, participating in receptions and commissioning;
• Representing the company in relation to the beneficiaries, to ensure the smooth running of the project;
• Reporting the status of projects to the company’s management.
