It develops and implements complete solutions for the energy infrastructure, from complex general contracting works, to equipment developed within the company, with the safety of the electrical infrastructure as its main objective. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Adrem Invest offers services for utility networks such as meter readings, metering group management, maintenance of electrical infrastructure and operation of energy distribution networks, with the main objective of network operation safety and customer satisfaction.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Adrem Link, the new and innovative business component of Adrem, established in May 2016, promotes energy efficiency, visibility &amp; information, operational optimization, automation &amp; control solutions, which are dedicated to large energy consumers as well as to the residential segment.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#8220;Adrem has been about industry, energy and innovation for 24 years. A history that we are proud of and that we continue to write with passion and responsibility towards employees, partners and industry. This is the main reason why we took over the position of CEO of Adrem companies and why we set out to communicate integrated under the Adrem brand. The rebranding of Adrem Automation, the reconfiguration of the portfolio in the case of Adrem Invest and the launch of Adrem Link are Adrem&#8217;s response to the needs perceived in the market and the adaptation to the current economy&#8221;, said Corneliu Bodea, CEO of Adrem and President of the Romanian Energy Center.<\/p>\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Financial results 2015 and estimated 2016<\/strong><\/h5>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Adrem companies specific to the energy field, part of the ABBC Group owned by Adrian and Corneliu Bodea, recorded in 2015 a turnover of 34 million euros (154 million RON) and the operating profit (EBITDA) stood at a level of 11%. By the end of this year, Adrem companies estimate a turnover of 48 million EUR (215 million RON), which represents an increase of 40% compared to 2015. <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The estimated operating profit (EBITDA) for the current year is 8%. In the context of the 40% increase in turnover compared to 2015, the stagnation of the operating profit (EBITDA) comes against the background of the company&#8217;s business strategy. The main goal of Adrem companies during this period is to consolidate the portfolio of works and customers and to increase the expertise in certain business segments.  <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#8220;We aim for ambitious growth this year, but the certainty of achieving this goal comes from the stability of Adrem companies, from the complex and large-scale projects currently carried out, from the experience and dedication of Adrem&#8217;s teams of specialists. Having these assets, in a challenging market and economic and social context, we aim to strengthen our position as a professional partner and to constantly exceed the expectations of our customers and partners&#8221;, adds Corneliu Bodea, CEO of Adrem and President of CRE. <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">As for the share of Adrem companies, 30% of the turnover for 2015 belongs to Adrem Engineering, formerly Adrem Automation and 70% belongs to Adrem Invest.
